Water and chemical-resistant LED bar

The EFFI-FLEX-IP69K is a high-power LED bar designed for the most demanding industrial environments, featuring a 100% waterproof stainless steel housing compliant with the IP69K standard. It is the ideal lighting solution for food processing, pharmaceutical, and washdown applications where hygiene and durability are essential.

Combining robustness, compactness, and full waterproofing, the EFFI-FLEX-IP69K retains the optical versatility of the original EFFI-FLEX. It supports a wide range of beam angles and diffuser options, making it adaptable to a variety of machine vision and automation challenges.

Equipped with a built-in driver, it offers two operating modes: AutoStrobe (standard) for high-intensity pulsed lighting and Intensity Control (optional) for continuous dimmable operation. Its sealed design ensures reliable performance in environments exposed to high-pressure cleaning, steam, and aggressive detergents.

Polarizer

Using the Polarizer accessory, it is possible to eliminate glare from the workpiece making it easier to acquire a suitable image for the application with no hot spot.

Possible to buy only the accessory. The polarization is optimal with a TR window, the use of SD or OP diffusers can depolarize the light. Not compatible with the UV365 wavelength.

For food processing environment, the nickel-plated brass gland is replaced by stainless steel type and the standard cable by a certified food & beverage. The food option is not compatible with the venting option.

For thermal reasons and boosted power (ELS) configurations, it can be necessary to provide water cooling (-WTR) by adding drip-free connectors on each side.
