EFFI-FD

The EFFI-FD is a flat dome LED light designed to provide both direct and diffuse illumination, making it particularly effective for inspecting reflective or curved surfaces. Its compact and robust design allows for seamless integration into production lines, and it is often used as the mechanical base of the vision system itself. In many cases, the EFFI-FD can serve as a space-saving alternative to traditional dome lights such as the EFFI-IDS or EFFI-SDOME.

This lighting solution is ideal for applications such as character detection on reflective packaging, barcode reading on curved metallic surfaces, and surface inspection requiring a wide field of view. It features an anti-reflection system that absorbs stray light from surrounding sources, ensuring optimal image clarity. The integrated AIC driver allows for precise intensity control, and the light can operate in either continuous or strobe mode. The EFFI-FD is available with camera hole diameters of 39 mm, 50 mm, 58 mm, or 65 mm to suit various optical setups.
