The EFFI-FLEX2-IP67 extends the capabilities of the EFFI-FLEX2 range with a fully waterproof IP67-rated design, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments where durability and performance are critical.
This high-power LED bar integrates a multimode driver offering three operating modes: AutoStrobe with up to 450% intensity in Overdrive, dimmable strobe, and dimmable continuous mode. It retains the full optical flexibility of the standard EFFI-FLEX2, with three beam angles, three diffuser options, and compatibility with a wide range of optical accessories.
Built for harsh conditions, the EFFI-FLEX2-IP67 features a rugged, sealed housing and supports optional water cooling for high-power or high-temperature applications. It is the perfect solution for machine vision, robotics, logistics, and inspection systems requiring reliable, high-performance lighting in wet or dusty environments.

Using the Polarizer accessory, it is possible to eliminate glare from the workpiece making it easier to acquire a suitable image for the application with no hot spot.
The polarization is optimal with a TR window, the use of SD or OP diffusers can depolarize the light. Not compatible with the UV365 wavelength.

With the lens in the upper position, the Linescan accessory transforms the EFFI-Flex2 light into a uniform line light ideal for either brightfield or darkfield illumination.

Depending on how the EFFI-FLEX2-IP67 is wired, the user can access different operating mode:
Autostrobe* with 450% Overdrive intensity then 100% continuous
Adjustable Strobe with controlled intensity from 20% to 100%
Dimmable Continuous with controlled intensity from 20% to 100%
*: For the UV365nm wavelength, the overdrive is limited to 300%
Depending on the size, the light comes with different connectors.
NB : For the 2M12P configuration, the second connector (black nut) only needs its 24V and GND to be connected. Connect the GND with the main connector GND.
