Structured 3D LED lighting

The EFFI-LASE is a high-precision LED projector designed to generate structured light patterns for industrial vision applications. As a speckle-free alternative to traditional lasers, it delivers clean and stable illumination ideal for shape detection, positioning, and 3D profiling.

Unlike laser systems, the EFFI-LASE allows full customization of the projected pattern—lines, crosses, dot matrices, and more—making it adaptable to a wide range of inspection needs. Available in multiple power configurations, it can be tailored to suit both short- and long-range applications, offering flexibility without compromising performance.

Standard : EFFI-LASE-VVV-CM-ZZZ-MMM
The EFFI-Lase does not allow mask changes.
The new version, EFFI-Lase V2 allows it.

The EFFI-LASE-VVV-CM accepts only C-Mount projection lens (M25.4). Those lenses are not supplied with the light. EFFILUX offers a wide range of lenses, for more information please refer to our page lenses. Refer to the documentation to identify the size of the projected pattern depending on the chosen lens.
To avoid any distortion effect, EFFILUX recommends using a 1″ sensor lens for masks with rectangular patterns, such as point clouds. Sensor lenses 2/3″ is recommended for other types of applications.

The EFFI-LASE-PWR version offers to times more power thanks to a larger amount of LEDs. A passive aircooling system is added at the back of the product for thermal monitoring.

The EFFI-LASE is a dimmable product thanks to the the AIC pin.

EFFI-Lase is powered by a 24V DC source.

Standard version: M12 connector – AIC (see previous part)

STR expert version: M8 connector – direct control.
In expert mode, the LEDs are powered live, there is no protection. The maximum current defined in the documentation for a given frequency and pulse time cannot be exceeded.
