The EFFI-FLEX-LG is a powerful and cost-effective LED bar light specifically designed for the logistics industry. It combines ultra-high brightness with the optical flexibility required for a wide range of industrial vision applications in logistics and warehousing.
Powered by MegaStrobe™ technology, the EFFI-FLEX-LG delivers exceptional light output with pulse durations up to 400 µs and frequencies up to 150 Hz, with a response time under 1 µs. Its adjustable lens positions and interchangeable windows allow precise optical tuning to match each application’s needs.
Engineered for efficiency, it features a dedicated low-power electronic design, standard T-slot mounting, and M12 connectors for fast plug-and-play installation. The EFFI-FLEX-LG is ideal for logistics automation tasks such as barcode reading, label verification, dimensioning, sorting, tunnel scanning, pick & place, and palletizing.

EFFI-FLEX offers 4 lens configurations to choose the right emission angle, manually adjustable to change the emission angle.

The light is delivered assembled in the default configuration with the lens plate positioned at Position 2 (25°) and the TR window.

Using the Polarizer accessory, it is possible to eliminate glare from the workpiece making it easier to acquire a suitable image for the application with no hot spot.
Possible to buy only the accessory. The polarization is optimal with a TR window, the use of SD or OP diffusers can depolarize the light.

On request, Effilux can wire the pin 2 of the M12 connector for use in NPN [trigger on falling edge] for the AutoStrobe. In this case, Lighting on if VNPN < 1.5V DC.
