The EFFI-FLEX-CPT is a compact, high-power LED bar light based on the proven EFFI-FLEX design, now enhanced with IP67 protection for use in harsh industrial environments.

This powerful and versatile lighting solution is available in a wide range of wavelengths and window options. Its rugged, space-saving design makes it easy to install in tight or demanding setups. The integrated driver includes AutoStrobe functionality, enabling up to 300% increased brightness in overdrive mode compared to continuous operation.

With its sealed IP67-rated housing, the EFFI-FLEX-CPT is fully protected against dust and water ingress. Optional water cooling is available for high-power configurations, ensuring optimal thermal performance. Ideal for machine vision, robotics, logistics, and inspection systems, the EFFI-FLEX-CPT delivers reliable, adaptable illumination in even the most challenging environments.

Optical options

Polarizer

Using the Polarizer accessory, it is possible to eliminate glare from the workpiece making it easier to acquire a suitable image for the application with no hot spot.

Possible to buy only the accessory. The polarization is optimal with a TR window, the use of SD or OP diffusers can depolarize the light. Not compatible with the UV365 wavelength.

Linescan

With the lens in the upper position, the Linescan accessory transforms the EFFI-FLEX2 light into a uniform line light ideal for either brightfield or darkfield illumination.
